When you need cover at short notice, we can provide careful selection of staff, continuity of service, and peace of mind.

We operate 24 hours a day from our offices, with a team of trained co-ordinators who understand your needs and are ready to assist.  We have a flexible search database, with the facility to match your requirements, and record any changing needs. Our large bank of nurses and carers has over 4,000 currently registered.

Recent studies show that the cost of employing agency staff is at least 25% less than permanent staff.

Save time and money; time by releasing staff involved in trying to cover with bank provision that usually have other roles to perform, and money by reducing advertising, interviewing, pay rolling and administration.

We carefully check qualifications and references before supplying staff, examining NMC PIN. All staff are interviewed by an experienced nurse co-ordinator.

We are only as good as the people we provide, so we continually improve the quality of staff with induction for carers, prep workshops for trained staff, and have introduced moving and handling courses for agency nurses and carers.  All nurses registered with us receive their own Prep Portfolio

ScotNursing nurses wear our uniform for easy identification by your own team as well as patients and visitors.
