The unit offers a direct line into our offices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.  This is manned by a qualified Nurse Co-ordinator who can advise you, organise changes to care, or arrange a call-out visit.

An on-call Carer is available 24 hours a day to come to your assistance.  We are able to hold keys to allow access in emergency situations, and our Carer on call can respond when required.

The facility is easy to use, and connects to any existing telephone.  It features an emergency two-way speech facility, with a full 200m range around the control unit.

ScotLink can be worn comfortably and discreetly as a wriststrap, pendant or clip-on transmitter unit.
